Hey everyone! I’m Padmanabh (aka Paddy). At Frappe, I have been learning new things every day and connecting with some amazing people across the board.

Before joining Frappe, I worked at Reliance General Insurance, where I managed partner relations and B2B corporate accounts. I have also interned at AllEvents as a Marketing Intern, where I was responsible for video content creation.

My journey with Frappe has been deeply fulfilling. I manage partner relationships, actively work with the CRM, and conduct product demos with confidence. I also lead weekly and biweekly partner calls to strengthen collaborations and ensure seamless engagement.

What I enjoy most about my role is the sense of satisfaction that comes after a meaningful partner or customer conversation — it truly motivates me to keep delivering my best work.

Beyond my professional life, I believe in the power of travel to broaden perspectives and understand different cultures. My biggest inspiration is Kobe Bryant — his dedication and mindset remind me that quitting is never the solution, no matter how tough things get.

Outside of work, I’m a huge movie buff; especially fascinated by cinematography and colour grading. One of my all-time favourites in that space is The Batman (Robert Pattinson’s version). I’ve attached a still from the film that perfectly shows how brilliant its colour grading really is.

I also love playing basketball and my idol growing up was Derrick Rose, one of the most ruthless players of all time. Currently, during my free time I am learning Japanese (have developed a love-hate relationship with Duo).
