I joined Frappe in July 2023. One thing I liked about Frappe is how focused everyone is on building great products. Many other core values at Frappe aligned with mine, and I joined the team curious and excited to solve interesting problems, learn, and have fun along the way.

From a young age, I saw my father’s entrepreneurial journey, which gradually developed an entrepreneurial mindset in me. I like to operate with optimism, curiosity, and initiative. These traits have helped me learn and sometimes excel in many things, including academics, work, and extracurricular activities.

A few other things that give me joy are singing, yoga, and my friends & family. I upload YouTube singing covers once in a while on my channel Retro Neha & also write blogs about self-improvement and work-life. I got the opportunity to travel to 20+ countries so far, and that helped me get exposure to diverse cultures. I was late to reading, but I like to read about non-fiction, business, products, and self-improvement.
