I was born and raised in Vasai, a peaceful coastal town near Mumbai known for its forts, culture, and beaches. After completing my B.Com from Mumbai University, I began my journey in the world of ERP systems, a field that has defined my professional life for over two decades.

My career has taken me across India, Uganda, Kenya, and Saudi Arabia, with contributions to projects in Singapore and the UK. Working across these regions gave me valuable exposure to diverse business environments, helping me understand how technology can bring structure, efficiency, and growth to organizations of all sizes.

With over 20 years of experience in ERP implementation and management, I’ve worked with industries ranging from manufacturing, F&B, retail to FMCG. My strengths lie in system analysis, project management, customer engagement, and solution design all driven by a focus on real-world impact and user satisfaction.

I joined Frappe Technologies in October 2021 as a Project Manager. Since then, I’ve explored roles in Customer Success Management and Partner Enablement, and have now returned to Customer Success, a space where I can combine my technical experience with relationship-building to ensure our customers achieve long-term value from Frappe’s ecosystem.

Outside of work, I enjoy long drives, cooking, playing musical instruments, and spending creative time with my son. These moments keep me grounded and inspired, both personally and professionally.
