I’m Nabin, one of the co-founders of Frappe. I’ve been part of this incredible journey from the very beginning, experiencing its ups, downs, learnings, and a lot of joy. I spent many of these years as the primary developer of ERPNext, working deeply across almost every core module. As a result, I have the most GitHub commits for the ERPNext repository, and I’m really proud of that. I’ve always seen myself as an average developer, but a strong solutions thinker who enjoys simplifying complex problems.

Today, I play a facilitator role for the ERPNext, Frappe Framework, and HRMS product teams, helping people become the best version of themselves while taking the products to the next level. I genuinely believe that ERPNext has the potential to be the best ERP in the world, and that journey has already begun.

I was born in 1982 and grew up in a remote village in West Bengal, where education was my biggest priority. That focus helped me earn a place at Jadavpur University, making me the first engineering graduate from my village. I now live in Thane with my wife and two kids.

Mathematics and logical reasoning have fascinated me since my school days. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, playing football, and exploring new places, capturing their scenic beauty through my lens.
