I work as a Customer Support Consultant at Frappe. I joined the company in February 2024, and it’s been an exciting journey of learning, solving, and connecting with amazing people.


I was born in Bihar, grew up in West Bengal, and went to college in Maharashtra. Living across different states taught me how to connect with people from all walks of life — something that helps me a lot in my role at Frappe.


Here, I enjoy helping users find simple solutions, guiding them through challenges, and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our products. Every day brings something new to learn, and that keeps me motivated.


Beyond work, I’m a big fan of cricket and Bollywood — completely Desi at heart! I also love traveling, exploring new places, and volunteering for social good whenever I can.
