I joined Frappe in November 2020, starting in the delivery team when we implemented ERPNext for enterprise customers. Since then, I’ve worked across multiple roles, including Customer Success, Partner Enablement, and currently as a Product Manager for ERPNext.

With over 15 years of consulting experience, my focus has always been on implementing simple, practical, and effective solutions. Frappe gives me the freedom to experiment, explore new ideas, and bring meaningful improvements to products, something that continues to inspire me every day.

Born and raised near Mumbai, I began my career in 2009 and discovered my passion for consulting while managing a system implementation early in my journey. That experience helped shape my direction, helping businesses optimise processes through technology.

I believe in strong professional ethics, continuous learning, and giving my 100% to every role I take up. If something doesn’t align with my values or strengths, I prefer to step back and find where I can contribute best.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing cricket, watching TV/movies, and spending time with friends and family. I also like discussing and debating diverse topics from business and social issues to politics and current affairs, as I believe open conversations broaden perspectives and drive meaningful understanding.
