Initiating this transformative project was Rijul Chaturvedi, Implementation Consultant at Frappe, who introduced Sumita Ghose, Founder of Rangsutra Crafts India Ltd, and Deepanshi Chachan, Head of Digital Transformation. Together, they shared insights into Rangsutra's evolution and the pivotal role of digital transformation.
Before ERPNext, disparate systems and manual processes hindered synchronization and data accuracy.
Fast-growing businesses, both offline and online, required them to switch to a powerful and cloud-based ERP. Expansion in omnichannel sales added complexity to operations. Sourcing from 3000+ artisans was inefficient.
Benefits
ERPNext was chosen over garment ERP Ginesys. Phase 1 included retail POS, Shopify integration, retail inventory management, accounting, and financial reporting modules. Phase 2 included procurement, production, logistics, projects, and asset modules.
The focus remains on change management and leveraging ERPNext's reporting and analytics capabilities to drive strategic growth initiatives.
