Some of the key pain points were as follows: Delayed Report Generation: The absence of a centralized system necessitated searching multiple sources to consolidate the data needed for report preparation, leading to delays in decision-making. The system's rigidity did not accommodate a dynamic business model, thereby restricting innovation and scalability. Lack of Real-Time Updates: Stakeholders were deprived of real-time insights, resulting in uninformed and delayed decision-making. Decreased Productivity: The system's inefficiency hindered its ability to support as low as ten users across two lines simultaneously, resulting in significant delays and reduced overall productivity.

Access to Report Realtime: Reports are now accurate, fast, and easy to take, significantly reducing wait times.
Flexibility: ERPNext offers the flexibility to evolve with Plumage's changing business requirements, fostering innovation and scalability.
Productivity: ERPNext can generate multiple reports simultaneously, even with 15 concurrent users across three lines, without any slowdown DPPM
Pareto Analysis Customization: The Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM) Pareto analysis was customized by categorizing and prioritizing defect causes in quality control.
Customer-wise DPPM Reports: Dynamic customer-specific DPPM reports were created, detailing product quality and performance for each customer. Model-wise Dynamic Reporting: Model-specific dynamic reporting was implemented to track quality metrics for different product models.
Manufacturing Assembly Line Process Improvement: The assembly line process was enhanced by optimizing the assembly testing, LQC (Line Quality Control), OQA (Outgoing Quality Assurance), packing, and weighing stages, increasing efficiency and maintaining quality.
Contract Job Workflow Tailoring: A separate manufacturing workflow for contract jobs was created, streamlining and conveniently managing the process within the system.
Automatic Excel Files with ERP Inputs: Automated Excel file generation was implemented, using ERP inputs to compile data and generate digital reports.
Auto Triggers Through Email: Automatic email triggers were set up to send daily production details as Excel files to the relevant recipients, ensuring timely communication.
Bulk Upload of Serial Numbers: Large batches of serial numbers can now be uploaded for better tracking and traceability.
Batch Scan in Delivery Note: Bulk scan functionality at the delivery note level was enabled, reducing cycle time and enhancing the accuracy of the delivery process.

Quality Control and Reporting: The analysis of Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM) has been conducted to categorize and prioritize defect causes for Quality Control (QC). Dynamic reporting provides precise information about product quality and performance for each customer, with quality measures monitored across different product models. Additionally, large serial numbers can be uploaded for improved tracking and traceability. Dashbords and Data A real-time dashboard for key performance indicators and production metrics enables immediate, data-driven decision-making. ERP inputs are used to automatically generate Excel files for digital data accumulation and reporting. Additionally, daily production information is automatically emailed as Excel files, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
