CIIE at IIM-A had been diligently using QuickBooks for seven years to manage their finances. Unfortunately, Quickbooks decided to shut down their operations in India and CIIE needed an alternative ERP solution.
They got their hands on hashtag#Zoho, but it quite didn't fit. One of the main reasons was its limitation to handle a maximum of 80 cost centers in columnar P&L Report, while CIIE had 800+ cost centers.
