What are the T&Cs of the Frappe Partnership? When you sign up for the Frappe Partner Program, you will agree to enter a partnership agreement with us. You can find the details of the deal here.
Does my company qualify to become a Frappe Partner? If your company sells technology products, preferably in ERP and cloud space, you will fit best into our partnership criteria. We'd like for you to understand the economics of selling ERP products.
Can I advance from one partnership type to another? Frappe will allot the partnership types based on an initial assessment of the partners. Post this, the partners will have the opportunity to upgrade themselves to a better category if they successfully maintain their initial type for two consecutive quarters. At the time of the upgrade, the partners must fulfill the specified criteria, including the investments, to advance upwards.
What are the prerequisites for getting acquainted with Frappe products? ERPNext offers resources you can easily access, including video tutorials, presentations, and other learning materials to better understand our product.
I do business in multiple countries. Do I need to sign up for the Partners Program in each country? As a Frappe partner, you can operate your business in multiple counties by signing up once from your home country. However, to be listed for multiple countries, separate sign-ups will be required.
Why should I register a lead? Registering leads with us will help you work closely with our partnerships team and receive support and deal assistance. It will also help the partners to view, update, and track the lead status through the partner portal.
How long is a lead assigned to me? A lead is assigned to a partner for a period of 3 days. If there is no action on this lead for more than 3 days, it will be passed to another partner.
How can partners buy Frappe products and services for customers? Partner can buy ERPNext credits in advance and redeem them against customer purchases, or Customer can buy using partner reference code, and partner will get their commission.
