Does my company qualify to become a Frappe Partner?

If your company sells technology products, preferably in the ERP and cloud space, you will fit best into our partnership program.

Can I advance from one partnership type to another?

On joining the Frappe Partnership program, you will be an Entry level partner. Post this, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to a better category if you successfully meet the targets of the next partnership level for two consecutive quarters. At the time of the upgrade, you must also fulfill the specified criteria other than the targets to advance upwards.

Will my partnership level get downgraded if I fail to achieve the targets?

If you fail to achieve the target for 2 consecutive quarters, the listing will come to a lower level. Every quarter the partner will have a review meeting & audit with the partner & sales managers.


An Entry level partner has to upgrade at least once to a next level of partnership within one year. If the partner is at the Entry level for more than a year, then the renewal will be impacted.

What are the prerequisites for getting acquainted with Frappe products?

For an Entry level partner, Frappe offers product training and certifications (for two partner resources). Additionally, you can easily access video tutorials, documentation, presentations, and other learning materials to understand our products and offerings better.

I do business in multiple countries. Do I need to sign up for the Partners Program in each country?

As a Frappe partner, you can operate your business in multiple counties by signing up once from your home country. However, to be listed for multiple countries, separate sign-ups will be required.

Why should I register a lead?

Registering leads with us will help you work closely with our partnerships team. You will also receive support and deal assistance from our team to convert your leads successfully.

How long is a lead assigned to me?

A lead shared by Frappe is assigned to a partner for a period of 2 days. If there is no action on this lead for more than 2 days, it will be passed to another partner.
