I lead marketing at Frappe, although the journey here has not been the one I had planned.


While I was pursuing an MBA Tech degree in Marketing at NMIMS, Frappe came in for placements. I did my research (of course), but it was the interview round, a vibe check more than a grilling, that made me feel, this was the right place for me. I joined as a consultant in mid 2020, planning to switch jobs after a year or two, but here I am, still here, still excited.


Over time, I realised I was more drawn to the creative side of things. Content, events, storytelling. So I followed that instinct and moved to the marketing team in late 2021. That is where I found my stride.


These days, I focus on shaping a meaningful and memorable brand presence for Frappe. I also care deeply about building a team that feels the same sense of purpose I have found and enabling them to do their best work.


One of the reasons I have stayed with Frappe is our shared love for radical thinking. We do not blindly follow industry norms or corporate playbooks. We start with first principles and ask what actually makes sense. That keeps things fun, challenging, and meaningful.


Outside of work, I read books, paint landscapes, or escape to somewhere green or blue and quiet. I have a habit of picking up new hobbies when I am bored. Recent experiments include kickboxing and trying to play the violin. Drama and politics do not interest me.
