Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.
What you will be working as:
- Engaging with customers to implement ERPNext by mapping customer's processes into ERPNext
- Driving the entire project more like an account manager. This will involve
- Managing customer expectations and categorising standard features vs. developments
- Presenting ERPNext flows and features that will help customers deploy a Minimum Viable Product
- Preparing and executing plan for data migration and cutover, training, and support handover
- Identifying development requests and writing user stories for product team
- Keep Project Champions from customer side engaged and manage various project ownership tasks along with champions
- Build a one-team narrative with customer team
- Manage escalations proactively, provide solutions that remain within project scope and meet project timelines
- Delivering the entire project using Agile Methodology.
- Work with the team to create activities (e.g. identifying and handling key customer technical questions and objections) in order to develop strategies, resolve technical impediments and scope out migration workloads.
What we are looking for:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- 7-12 years of experience driving ERP implementation projects in India/ Middle East regions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client handling skills
- Motivated, self starter with very high degree of ownership
