These are some of the templates which partners can use to perform certain processes with their customers.

## 1. Project planning 

Meticulous project planning is vital to the success of any ERP implementation. Leveraging a dedicated project management tool (instead of speeadsheet) is essential for ensuring efficiency, accountability, and real-time visibility throughout the process.

## 2. Steering commitee and weekly updates template

## 3. Training sign-off

Confirms that end users have been properly trained and are ready to operate the new system confidently, reducing the risk of errors post-implementation.

## 4. UAT sign-off:

Ensures that the system has been thoroughly tested and meets business requirements, validatinthat it functions correctly in real-world scenarios.

## 5. Go-live sign-off:

It is the final approval from all stakeholders, confirming seamless migration to the production environmen. Go Live Sign Off indicates that the ERP system is officially Live and performing as per expectations.

## 6. Post implementation feedback:

This is helpful in understanding customer's perspective on the overall project execution. It also allows us to perform quantitative analysis of diffrert parameters with the help of ratings capture from customers.
