The following metrics have to be measured by partners for all the on-going projects on a dashboard.

<table border="1" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0">
  <tr>
    <th>Metric</th>
    <th>Frequency</th>
    <th>Description</th>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>% Overdue tasks</td>
    <td>Weekly</td>
    <td>Track total vs. overdue tasks, with project-wise split.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Monthly satisfaction score</td>
    <td>Monthly</td>
    <td>Capture customer feedback, report monthly average, and do RCA for low ratings with corrective & preventive actions.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Implementation to support TAT</td>
    <td>Monthly</td>
    <td>Measure time from implementation handover to support ownership; report monthly average and summary.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td>Joining to ready TAT for implementation consultant</td>
    <td>Monthly</td>
    <td>Track time from joining to “ready” status (product + process trained*); report monthly.</td>
  </tr>
</table>

### Note
- *% Overdue tasks* could be influenced by completing projects or time, or changing the timelines and aligning them with the customer. A delayed project is bad, but not aligning customer with the delay is worse.
- Partners are expected to have their own internal training process to upskill implementation team. This can include completion of a Frappe School course, followed by a test or evaluation or sample implementation.
- Partners are expected to use the Frappe project management template to track the project and tasks
- Measuring the above metrics is an essential criteria for getting any PMM3 or above rating from Frappe
