**Where does the Legal Department document the Agreements?**


1. All the executed Agreements are documented in the [Contract list. ](https://frappe.io/app/contract) 

2. All the non-executed agreements are documented in the [Legal Request List](https://frappe.io/app/legal-request) itself. The status of such agreements shows the status as **“Delivered”**.

3. All the Online Agreements/ templates are documented in the [Legal request List](https://frappe.io/app/legal-request) itself. The status of such agreements shows the status as “**Approved**”. The status of such documents can only be passed on to clients/ posted online only when the status of such documents show as “**Approved**”.
