Account Executive - Enterprise Business

The Account Executive is a trusted advisor who leads the design and execution of the customer’s commercial strategy and negotiation, selling the right solution at the right time and ensuring every deal is compliant and profitable for Frappe.


What you will be working on:

  • Territory/Account Planning
  • Hunting and farming a set of accounts in designated geography
  • Working with the Renewals team to ensure retention & close renewal contracts
  • Prospect via cold calling, highly personalized emails and LinkedIn to generate leads and pipeline.
  • Employ a value based solution selling methodology to drive these leads through a high-velocity pipeline.
  • Execute all phases of the pipeline, and push deals through the sales cycle towards closure.
  • Generate sales revenue through closing business; Build and manage your sales pipeline for strong coverage ratios; achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from customer engagement, solution development and contract negotiation; meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota. Develop executive relationships to expand revenue potential.
  • Maintain excellent data discipline in CRM

What we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate is someone who has Cloud/SAAS sales experience with a terrific reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues and closing new logos.
  • Any graduate. MBA would be preferred.
  • 8- 10 years of Direct Sales Experience in Cloud/SAAS sales
  • Experience in presenting technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts
  • Has done average deal size of INR 40 Lakhs
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRMS solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
  • High-energy and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
