My journey at Frappe has been all about building meaningful relationships with partners, teams, and the community. Before joining Frappe, I worked across different roles that helped me understand how technology and people come together to create impact. At Frappe,I work closely with our partners to help them grow, become product-ready, and build successful ERPNext implementations.

What I enjoy most about my work is the freedom to experiment and build. Whether it’s launching a new partner initiative, running a campaign, or simply having deep conversations with a partner about their business, I love the sense of ownership and the learning that comes with it.

I’m driven by the idea of creating value through collaboration, helping others succeed while continuously improving myself. My biggest motivation is seeing a partner gain confidence, close their first deal, or run their first successful project.

A few principles I live by:

Outside of work, I enjoy music, playing football and cricket, and playing the guitar. I also love exploring startups and reading about business strategy and marketing.

Fun fact: I can spend hours geeking out about marketing campaigns or jamming with friends on music, sometimes both at once.
